Dance is an energetic way for children to experience an exciting and creative activity, to make new friends and to have fun whilst they learn. Participants will take part in movement games and activities enabling them to create their own dance and learn new movement whilst developing physical and creative skills.
The session will:
- Encourage participants to work together to explore and create
- Support and encourage self-expression
- Provide a space to discover focus in new ways
- Work to improve fitness and well-being
What do the parents think:
“Bridget is so enthusiastic, she is animated yet gentle anddoesn’t dismiss the children’s voices or opinions but incorporates them into the session. This has been a turning point for us in our home-education journey.” – Fiona
“My boys have loved the sessions. I think the freedom for self-expression within the lessons… has been very much appreciated.” – Nicola
“My girls love it and can’t wait to come each week.” – Macie
